The service was terrible. The massage was inconsistent, sometimes painful, sometimes gentle. I initially asked for a gentle massage because it hurt, but when I did, they massaged me roughly like a child. When I asked if I wanted a stronger massage, they asked if I wanted a stronger or gentler one. They massaged me as if they were unwilling to help. I wanted a relaxing massage. I paid for the massage, not a free one. I didn't feel comfortable at all. It was like I was asking for a free massage. I had a one-hour Thai massage, and they left early without even asking if I was okay. The salon should be more selective in choosing its staff.

The shop is clean, the massage therapists are good, and the service is excellent.

She even left before the scheduled time. Actually, she went with another person, and the other person continued the massage, but it was equally bad. To make matters worse, the masseuse was like she was trying to kill them. I don't want to blame the shop, it might be the masseuse, but I've been to other branches often and never been disappointed until this Salaya branch. I'm not saying you shouldn't go, but think carefully before you do.
