Rooms are spacious. Mattress is way too firm for me to sleep comfortably. In the hall there's a sign that ask to be silent, especially during night time. That's great only: nobody cares The biggest negative point for me: WiFi. It's just not good enough to use in a professional context

Several issues. Hard check-in with stairs and luggage (not elevetor ask for lower floor), the bed is so hard like to sleep on the floor, noisy from window just next to the bed, no room amenities (just two water bottles), too small TV could not see from the bed. Second night charged full price(?) and on request for late check out no flexibility but just request hourly fees😞 Nothing around at walking distance. Super basic stay

Its a good spot! It's out of town but great if you're looking for something in Thonburi, really friendly staff, the shop downstairs stocks all the basics, the rooms are clean and tidy. Worth the price!

The room is good location near The mall life store Bangkae. The room is new and clean. Some moment we will listen some sounds like something fall on the floor. The price is good and suitable.

Hardly any amenities.Basic and clean room . No housekeeping during my stay.

The bed is so hard and too small for 2 we couldn't sleep. We have to sleep on the blanket, or else it's impossible to get a good sleep.

The deposit is 500. There is no coffee. If you want to drink it, you have to go out and buy it. The Penuos Suite/Penuos Residence opposite provides it, but you can’t drink it.
