I've been a frequent customer here for many years and have always been impressed. Both the shop and the massage therapists are excellent. However, I'd like to offer some feedback regarding the communication skills of the reception staff. 1.) I recently called to book a 7 PM appointment. I understand there are currently only two therapists available, but the way they communicated made me feel hesitant or unsure about using their services. For example, responding with "The therapist leaves at 8 PM," even though the shop closes at 9 PM. They asked me to come earlier or inquire about an hour and a half appointment because the therapist needed to go home. 2.) The other day, I called to ask about available appointments. The staff quickly replied, "Fully booked," in a rather abrupt tone, as if they were reluctant to answer. Honestly, if they had been more direct – stating that the shop normally closes at 9 PM but currently only accepting appointments at 8 PM because there are fewer therapists – a slight adjustment in their communication style would have been much more pleasant and would likely have improved the customer experience. I was quite disappointed, and frankly, I probably won't use their services again. If an appointment is only available in the evening, and the reason given is that the therapist needs to go home, will they really provide a full and satisfying service after I've already paid? Again, I understand the reasons, but the staff's response style, especially their tone, needs significant improvement. Because the service at this restaurant has been good overall in the past, I wanted to inform the owner about this issue so that the restaurant can make improvements.
