Let me give you a quick review. 1. Location: It felt more like a beauty salon than a clinic, making me wonder if I even saw a doctor during my entire visit. 2: Service: They tried to sell me a course, and the service was only good the first time. After that, it felt like we were asking for a free service. I initially intended to try one bottle of slimming vitamins, but the staff member said that if I bought two bottles, I'd get two free gifts. I was okay with that. When I actually went, the blond staff member with shoulder-length hair tried to sell me a course, so I bought it. I was okay with that, as the staff member said I'd get a free gift. When I actually did it, it was only the first time. The next time, I had to ask myself, "Can I get a free gift?" The staff member in charge had to go downstairs to ask, and it seemed like they didn't give me everything. I was extremely disappointed, as I thought the slimming vitamins weren't very effective. But if I had gotten all the free gifts they tried to sell me the first time, that would have been acceptable. But this time, they were nice when they were selling, but the service was completely different. P.S. I gave 2 stars because there was one staff member who was always polite and attentive. The rest of the time, it was like they were just chatting with each other.

Hello, I'd like to give an honest review of my experience at this clinic. First, let me talk about the service. The reception staff were friendly and smiling, especially the tall, thin woman. There were three women there, but the tall, thin one provided the most service that day. I commend her; she was very polite and genuinely provided service. Secondly, the package I booked before the service included: 1 whitening vitamin dip, 1 slimming vitamin dip, and 1 abdominal fat reduction treatment with cryotherapy. The clinic also informed me that I would receive 3 free gifts. I chose a facial massage, mesotherapy for brighter skin, and an abdominal massage. However, upon arrival, I canceled the whitening vitamin dip and added the slimming vitamin instead. The staff arranged everything as usual. Another female staff member, who was petite and had lip injections, also served me. I explained which areas I wanted treated, and she provided accurate details. Finally, she mentioned that I had to pay an additional 999฿ to add another fat reduction treatment. I asked if it was necessary, and she said it would make it a total of two treatments because I had a lot of abdominal fat. She explained that it would reduce fat both upper and lower. I nodded. Then, during the abdominal fat reduction step, or Frozen Fat, when the machine was placed on my stomach, it was incredibly painful, to the point where I couldn't breathe. I asked the staff to stop it, but they said they couldn't because it would hurt even more. At that point, my face was red and I couldn't breathe because the pain around my navel was so intense. Finally, the staff stopped it and placed the machine lower down, but it was still painful, though bearable. It gradually got better. The treatment lasted about 30 minutes. Then another staff member came and removed the machine from my stomach and put it away. I asked if it was over, even though they had only treated one area. The staff explained that they used a large head and considered it as upper and lower fat reduction. (The point is, when I booked the promotion via chat, they didn't mention 999฿ per area. When I arrived at the clinic, they said I had to pay extra to treat two areas, upper and lower, but in the end, I only got one treatment. How could a machine only treat the upper and lower areas?) After the machine was removed, my navel and stomach were very bruised. They were purple and looked like hematomas, and incredibly painful. There was no sign of fat reduction as advertised. The areas that were treated were still bruised and purple, but the staff said the bruising should disappear in 2-3 days. Regarding the freebies, actually, for every item ordered, you get one free. We ordered three items, but when we mentioned we wanted a mesotherapy facial, a facial massage, and a tummy massage, the staff asked if we could change the facial massage as it takes a long time (about 30 minutes). So we changed it to the mesotherapy and tummy massage. In the end, we only got the mesotherapy as a freebie because the tummy massage was already included in the Frozen Fat 999฿ package we ordered. So we just took that. Overall service, I give it a 3. However, they should inform customers about the promotions more clearly, such as how much each area costs and if there are any additional charges. What if someone has a limited budget? How would you handle that? How can you maintain credibility? I understand they want to sell promotions to boost sales, but they should provide more detailed information.
