I had neck, shoulder, and back pain, and numbness in my arms for a week. After a 1.5-hour massage with Khun Nim, my neck, shoulders, and back felt much better. She used her elbow to rub the knots at the joint under my armpit on the back (while I was lying on my side) and on my shoulder blade (while I was lying face down). The elbow rubbing was a little painful, but it was worth it. I highly recommend Khun Nim for a neck and shoulder Thai massage for pain relief.
