I had previously discussed therapeutic massage, assuring them that they were capable, so I scheduled an appointment. However, they sent an employee to massage me, and it was an ineffective therapeutic massage. It was all force, the massage wasn't targeted, and it only caused pain without any relief. Auntie Khwan (the owner) massaged me for 10 minutes. If you're going to this shop, you absolutely must have Auntie Khwan massage you alone. Otherwise, stay far away! I suspect they thought because I'm a newcomer, they could send anyone. I wasted my time, money, and suffered pain, and my symptoms didn't improve. I'm responding after Auntie Khwan apologized and offered another massage. I can honestly say I won't be going back, Auntie Khwan. Judging from the way they're scheduling clients today, it's a complete mess with overlapping appointments (even the employee who massaged me complained about it). While I was having my massage, another client came in but couldn't have it because Auntie Khwan was already seeing someone she knew. I don't understand the shop's scheduling system, but if it continues like this, they'll surely lose customers if they can't find a massage therapist with skills comparable to Auntie Khwan's.
