Chao Phraya Princess

Once you visit Bangkok, you must try a dinner or sunset cruise on the Chao Phraya Princess. It’s better to book online in advance. Tickets can be collected inside Icon Siam Mall, and the ticket counter is easy to find—just enter the mall and it’s on the right side corner. I tried the dinner cruise, which started at 7 PM. It had a wide variety of food, live music, and nicely set table lighting, making the whole experience enjoyable. The cruise lasts around 2 hours, during which you can enjoy your dinner, then head to the upper deck to take photos and enjoy the beautiful river view while listening to live music and dancing. The staff were very friendly and always helpful throughout the trip.

Trying a dinner cruise in Bangkok has always been on my checklist, and I finally got to experience it with White Orchid River Cruise. People usually recommend the sunset cruise, but it was already sold out, so I went for the 7 PM dinner cruise instead. The queue was sooo long. Clearly a lot of people want to try this experience. The food was just so-so to be honest, nothing too memorable. I do think they could improve the taste. But there were live performances on board, which made the experience more entertaining. If you want to sit on the rooftop, it’s better to book in advance (for example via Klook), because the night view is definitely much nicer from the top. I’d say it’s still worth trying at least once for the experience and the views, even if the food isn’t the highlight.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolute blast! Had an incredible time on the Chao Phraya Princess Cruise. The food was fantastic with plenty of options even for VEGETARIAN (Jain), and the crew was incredibly attentive. What really blew me away was the entertainment—the music was great, and the show organizer/dancer was absolutely outstanding! They brought so much energy to the night. Highly Highly recommend🤩

What a great way to experience an evening in Bangkok! The buffet dinner was superb in all its variety, the Filipino musicians on board were lively, engaging and very talented. The staff were very quick to assist and serve. The whole cruise experience was a 2-hour view of Bangkok's riverside landmarks like Wat Arun, illuminated at night.

Our evening on the Chao Phraya Princess Dinner Cruise felt like drifting through a river of lights the night skyline shimmered on the water temples, bridges, and city lights. The buffet was a feast of flavors with a wide selection of international dishes, but the real stars for us were the perfectly cooked beef steak and the big, juicy prawns fresh, flavorful, and definitely worth going back for seconds. The atmosphere leaned beautifully romantic, with music, cool river breeze. And as if planned just for us, fireworks lit up the sky along the way its an unexpected highlight that made the whole experience feel even more special. 🎉✨

An amazing dinner experience! The view of the riverbanks at night is simply spectacular. What sets this cruise apart is the entertainment; the Khon show was elegant and captivating, and the live music created such a fun, upbeat energy. We had a blast dancing along while cruising past the temples. Great food, great music, and a wonderful way to see the city. Highly recommended for couples and families alike!

Amazing experience! The cruise is definitely a highlight for a Bangkok vacation. The staff is super friendly and the food is delicious. The show is also good. The cruise worth it's value. My recommendations is to get a few hour before to the Iconsiam mall since traffic in Bangkok is terrific. We missed our reservation due to the traffic. We were able to reschedule for the next day, with an extra cost of 200 baht per person.

We went in Chao Phraya Princess III. The pier point was in Terminal 21 mall. Had some wait time and chose upper deck. It is a 2 hours cruise with a buffet option. The cruise was very nice sailing through the chao phraya river and can sight different buildings. It had a decent buffet options and decent menu.
