AWAY Spa at W Bangkok

I had an amazing Thai massage experience at Away Spa, W Hotel. A special thank you to P’Aor, P’Joy, and Pim at the front desk for taking such great care of me. The service was truly excellent from start to finish. Thank you again for the wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be back.

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews, I honestly had a really pleasant experience. The spa matches the overall theme and vibe of W Hotel nicely. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches: a cold, refreshing towel at the start and a warm towel at the end, which made the experience feel complete. There are toilets and showers available as well, they’re just located in a different area of the spa. My masseuse, Huan (apologies if I’ve misspelled her name), was excellent and very skilled. Overall, a lovely visit.

- Location: Average - Receptionist: Lovely, good service - Spa room: Claustrophobic, not relaxing, I don't know why. No toilet, no amenities whatsoever, #not even a mirror. After a 2-hour massage, I had to walk out with messy, disheveled hair. #My head was aching 🫣🫣 #There was no bathrobe either 😱😱 The therapist told me to take off my clothes and lie on the bed, cover myself with the bathrobe and wait for her. OMG!! I've never seen anything like it before. #Over the top 🤣🤣 - Therapist: Good massage, attentive and very careful.

The massage service was excellent. The pressure and technique were just right. I chose the 90-minute aromatherapy massage. The lighting was comfortable. I fell asleep quickly. I felt completely relaxed when I woke up. ❤️
