This is absolutely terrible in terms of forced course sales. Upon arrival, they let you wait anywhere, but once the course is finished, they force you into a separate, private room. They won't let you out of the room if you don't buy anything. It's awful.

Terrible. They were pushy and even followed me into the treatment room. One time was enough. I was lucky not to buy any more courses. I was fooled into paying for the trial course of 999 baht, but after experiencing this, I still regret spending the money. I'll just consider the 999 baht a bad omen and donate it to my karmic debts.

This is terrible. My girlfriend didn't intend to do anything wrong, but they grabbed her hand and led her around trying to sell her things until she got annoyed and bought something to get them to stop pestering her. They need to educate themselves on this; there's absolutely no privacy. It's excessive harassment. She didn't want to do anything, and they just grabbed her hand. It's awful.

No wonder why low scores review, the prices 4 times higher than other wellness with the same services. Sales team upsell very hard and give so much pressure. No more return.

We had just finished a visit to another clinic and were about to go home, but we encountered a staff member from this clinic blocking the exit. They offered a free laser facial treatment, asked us to sign up, and inquired about our credit card details. When we said yes, they invited us inside, saying they would offer a trial treatment, and then asked for a copy of our credit card information. We suspected they were going to use it for a transaction. We declined, but she said it was okay if we didn't want to show our card, and asked us to fill out some information for her. Luckily, we had a taxi to pick us up and needed to leave quickly, so we told her we weren't comfortable with that. It was terrible marketing; it made us feel like we didn't want to use this clinic's services at all. We didn't even want to walk past it.

A salesperson tried to take me to a hand spa session and kept talking about this and that. I told them I wasn't interested and didn't want to buy anything, but they kept pestering me with discounts. It wasted my time, and they even brought up other clinics in a very rude way. I refused several times, and before I left, they acted annoyed, saying I didn't understand what they were talking about. People who want to buy will buy on their own. Other clinics don't pester you like that.

I want to share my experience honestly that it was a very unpleasant experience. I was lured in with a voucher, taken into a consultation room, and then pressured into buying a course in an extremely aggressive way. I refused multiple times, but staff kept approaching me, citing special discounts for that day and claiming their manager was at the branch, making me feel guilty if I didn't buy. I clearly stated I wasn't interested, but they still insisted on using SPayLater, asking me to pay 8,500 baht upfront and the rest later. However, after I paid that, they pressured me to pay the full amount. In the end, I paid 18,500 baht, even though I genuinely didn't want to buy anything. I feel this was an unfair sales pitch and disrespectful of the customer's decision. If you dislike pushy or stressful sales tactics, I recommend thinking carefully before going in.

No long wait for a room. Excellent.

Okay, the service is good. It's expensive, but they take care of the issues properly. Considering the quality, it's good value.

I just applied there. The shop is very clean and smells great, I love it! Highly recommend it. The shop is luxurious and all the staff are lovely. I don't regret spending the money at all; I bought the VIP package.
