We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were beyond friendly and always made us feel welcome, especially the chef preparing eggs every morning the omelette was honestly the best we’ve ever had! And the breakfast was incredible good. The gym had everything we needed and was always very organized and clean. The pool was also excellent and a great place to relax. One thing that really stood out was the cleanliness of the hotel. Our room was cleaned every day to a very high standard. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay again.

Do not stay here unless you want your holiday ruined. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The entire property feels old, neglected, and completely run down. The rooms are outdated, poorly maintained, and full of broken items. The TV didn’t even work properly, which was just one of many issues. The noise is unbearable. The floors are so noisy that getting a good night’s sleep is almost impossible. Forget about peace and quite… you’ll hear people walking around, doors slamming, and constant disturbances throughout the day and night. The management is even worse. They show little interest in resolving problems and seem completely indifferent to guests’ complaints. Customer service is disappointing, unprofessional, and lacking any sense of hospitality. The cleanliness and overall upkeep leave much to be desired. Instead of feeling relaxed on holiday, you’ll likely spend your time feeling frustrated and regretting your booking. There are far better hotels for the same price. Save yourself the stress, wasted money, and ruined vacation, book somewhere else.Do not stay here unless you want your holiday ruined.

The stay in this hotel has been fantastic, the location very close to the shopping centers and embassy area. Fantastic breakfast and nice pool. We are close to Lupini Park with wonderful views. The gym is very complete and we enjoyed it quite a bit. I recommend this hotel and I will surely take it into account for a next occasion.

I had a very pleasant stay at The Quarter Saladaeng. The location is excellent—it’s tucked away in a quieter side street, so you don't get the heavy road noise, but you’re still only a 10-minute walk from the Silom MRT and Sala Daeng BTS stations. There are plenty of great cafes (like Ohkajhu) and convenience stores right nearby. The rooms are modern, stylish, and very clean. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool area; it’s a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The fitness center is also well-equipped for a hotel of this size. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the soundproofing between rooms could be a bit better, and the breakfast selection, while decent, was somewhat limited compared to other 4-star hotels in Bangkok. However, for the price point and the fantastic location, it is an incredible value. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff is absolutely incredible, the area 10/10 and the room was very clean. It's very quiet and I slept really good! However, the room and the interior is extremely old. Feels like stepping back into the 80's. The walls and the ceiling could need some repainting. One elevator was not working which was a little disturbing because the one working was very slow. If your'e not spending too much time in the actual hotel room this hotel is great. But if you, like me, appreciate the aesthetic I would look for another hotel :)

Great location on a quiet street with a great breakfast! I stayed a couple nights for Songkran and it was the perfect spot, easily accessible to the fun area but still peaceful around the hotel. There’s a great dining market right across the street too. The room was outdated but spacious. Hotel staff were lovely, pool was big, and some people have slammed the breakfast in other reviews but it was the best free breakfast I’ve seen in Asia in a minute.

The staff are nice and helpfull. The location is the highlight of this hotel close to public transport and shops, restaurants and supermarke close by. The upper floor rooms has a nice view. Breakfast has good variety. The gym is a plus. The rooms are clean, but the only thing is that we stayed in 3 different rooms, and two of them were ok. But the last one was a bit old and i saw mold in bathroom and bedroom, also the room air somehow wasn't fresh and there was humidity and mold smell. Which is absolutely not healthy. I hope they renovate the rooms which are in bad condition soon.

We had a wonderful experience at the breakfast buffet, and a big part of that was thanks to Real. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming - always with a big smile. He consistently checked in to make sure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive.
