Hair salon and spa

I am visiting Thailand from the United States. I found Nan's salon and I am so happy that I did. Not only did she give me a better haircut than I have ever received in Chicago, but she spent hours perfecting my hair color as well. It was such a pleasure meeting Nan. I will miss experiences like this one when we return home. Such a perfectionist, artist and a beautiful person. Thank you for taking such good care of me today! 😊

The worst haircut of my life. I asked for a fade, and he shaved my head completely bald. I showed him a picture of how I wanted the haircut before he even started, and he ignored me. He just shaved half my head bald, and there was no going back. He did it to finish faster and get paid. I've never had anything like it happen to me. To top it off, the guy was laughing about how he cut my hair afterward. I'm extremely disappointed; it was the worst experience I've ever had with a barber. Avoid this place if you don't want to be disappointed. I would never go back to this place, not even if they paid me to.

The service was excellent and they were very attentive to customers.
