The only true way to have a genuine Thai massage is at one of these school locations! Skilled professionals, clean facilities and change of clothes, great location if you’re seeing the sights, and of course very good price. Just had another unbelievable massage, I usually go for the Thai and this was my first 2 hour treatment. The therapist was a man named Am and I cannot praise him enough. Was here yesterday with a friend, she had the foot massage for an hour and I had the one hour Thai. If you’ve visited Wat Pho and had a massage at the school, these are all the same. You can ask about the other locations.

After a long day of walking I was relieved to come across The Original Watpo Massage in such a convenient location. Inside the atmosphere was calm, air-conditioned, and peaceful—an ideal contrast to the busy traffic just outside. The staff were warm and welcoming. I came in for a foot massage that was so relaxing I nearly fell asleep. If you’re in the area I highly recommend stopping by and ask for Arraya.

Walked past the place randomly post the grand palace tour. One hour Thai massage is for bhat 480, which is slightly expensive than other places as they range at 300bhat but worth every penny. Really great massage technique, the staff is super nice and they even offer you tea and a cookie towards the end. If you are in the area, definitely give it a try

Spoiler: best massage ever. I’ll start with the negatives first: - you will change in a small corner behind curtains with nothing to hang your stuff son it isn’t convenient at all. - you might end up in between two other persons on mats with no curtesy curtains Now for the wow positives: - we did not have an appointment and only waited a few minutes - the staff was super friendly - the little biscuit after the massage 🤪 - simply the best massage I ever had. “Mr Ho” my masseur was exceptional, knowing exactly where and how much press. The whole experience was a succession of “ouch this hurts… oh wait … oh my … damned this is good!”. I do not know how to explain why the initial pain was systemically superseded by this wow effect!
