The staff provided information quickly and efficiently.

No one ever answers the phone. I've been waiting for the document since the end of last year, and there's been no update or information whatsoever. It's difficult to get through on LINE, and I've been calling for months without anyone answering.

The service was good, fast, and very convenient.

i think the department has contributed a lot in general towards helping the public, local Thai and expats understand more about general health and keeping alert or update of medical information, seasonal illnesses or disease, i myself have been receiving information via LINE via its app almost every day, although most in Thai language only By the way, i am not too sure if the department keep monitoring or exercise control on private hospital and its fee, transparency, frequency and amount, especially for service to foreigners, it seems that general consultation doctor fee has been raised 10% by one hospital compared to one month ago; and CT Scan fee almost doubled in one well-known private hospital in sukhumvit compared to one year ago. i only knew of the big price change after the scan and see the bill at the cashier! i guess improving price transparency practices, will help towards promoting medical tourism and to develop better sense of belonging and loyalty especially for long stay expatriates treating Thailand as their homes.
