He was given a clean bath, his nails were trimmed safely, and his ears were painless. It's a bit difficult to get through on the phone because the shop is small, but they are genuinely sincere.

First time, they cut off one of my cat's whiskers. Tolerable, I tried not to make a fuss. Second time, I took him for a bath. I booked an appointment online for a real bath, but when we got to the shop, I asked for a trim as well, but they didn't trim the fur. They only trimmed the leg fur, not the fur on his bottom. Plus, they didn't dry him properly; my cat was still damp. That's it, no third time. :)

This was Casper's first time using our services, and we were very impressed. The staff held Casper with great care, and the bathing, blow-drying, and ear cleaning were all done with great gentleness.
