The shop provided excellent service. The shoes were so clean, like new! Most importantly, the service was fast. I sent 5 pairs of shoes on Tuesday evening and received them back Thursday afternoon. One pair belonged to my boyfriend, who I'd seen wearing often, so I sent it in as well. When the shop noticed the soles weren't in good condition, they asked if I still wanted them cleaned – they were so thoughtful! I highly recommend them.
