The customer service response was extremely slow. They said it was because their business was booming and they were too busy. Then they said the technicians were available later, and then they said they were fully booked. I was so angry that I turned around and went back to avoid this store. I will never go there again. It's so far from the city center. Anyone who wants to get angry can keep going there.

The place is clean, and the staff provide very good service. They are attentive, professional, and take good care of themselves. (However, there were a few staff members with slight body odor) Overall, though, it’s a very good massage shop and I had a pleasant experience. I recommend this place.

For a very expensive treatment, the attitude of the reception is unbelievably rude. While waiting for my cab after 2150 B treatment, I politely asked to use the toilet. Reception said toilet is under repair and told me to go to the gas station! After arguing I was allowed to use the toilet upstairs.
