Nice facilities and friendly service, which I why I am giving the generous score of two stars. Easily one of the worst massages I’ve had in Thailand. Would not go again

Great massage, lovely staff.

The masseuse was good, but the massage wasn't a full hour, and the person in charge spoke strangely. We're regulars at this place, but this last time was during Songkran (Thai New Year). We had booked in advance for two people, two hours each. However, at the scheduled time, they said there were no bookings. We asked again if it was possible to have a massage, and they said yes, but there were no bookings and the masseuses were out playing in the water and all wet. We asked again what to do, and they said we could still have the massage and collected 1600 baht (800 baht per person) beforehand, telling us to change and wait. We had a 6 PM booking, waited until 6:37 PM, and were sure the massage would finish before 8 PM because we finished changing at exactly 8 PM. We were going to ask the masseuse how many hours the massage would last, but by the time we came out, she had already gone to play in the water. Another person followed us, saying they wouldn't take any more customers and would lock the door as soon as the customers left. Honestly, we didn't understand why they said that, but we tried to understand that they probably wanted to have fun. We were very satisfied with the masseuse's skills, but we were extremely dissatisfied with the service behavior.

The atmosphere inside the restaurant is good and clean, but I'm deducting one star because: The staff member had very strong bad breath. This should be improved, as the staff are the face of the restaurant.

If you're looking for a massage, this is the place. All the masseuses are skilled and lovely. However, some of them charge excessively high prices for after-sales service; it's way overpriced.

The place is clean and the service is good.

The atmosphere is great.
