The spa has increased its prices and tries to create a premium experience by serving tea and snacks after the treatment. However, the skill level of the therapist did not justify the cost. I expected an older therapist to have plenty of experience, but I was shocked by how inexperienced she seemed. The massage felt amateurish, and I was very disappointed. The therapist was so inexperienced that I ended the session within the first five minutes. I clearly informed the therapist before the treatment and again during the treatment that my wrist was injured and should not be touched. Despite this, she repeatedly touched the area, which is why I decided to stop the session and leave. The owner offered to waive the fee, which I appreciated, although I felt it was only fair considering the quality of the treatment. The spa may be trying to position itself as a premium establishment, but the service simply doesn’t justify the price. It’s close to my home, yet I still wouldn’t go back.
