Palette Bangkok Natural Resort and Spa

Very disappointed with this hotel. The room was dirty, and the air conditioner didn’t work. We had to change rooms several times. The staff were generally kind and helpful, but the elderly receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our stay. Her attitude toward guests was unacceptable and made the experience much worse.

Staff are so kind and nice to give water and toilet paper though have to ask… big spacious room though wish have bigger fridge also the hair blower was spoilt… but the location is great … quiet and away from traffic …Have a nice though deep …

First of all, the old lady at the reception is rude. Secondly, internet is not working, water in the shower and sink is super weak. Informed them to fix the water but only at the sink is better on the second day but in the shower is the same until check out. Lastly, the building is very old.

It’s a total scam. Don’t go or go at your own risk. The hotel is very old and run down. We booked two rooms for our group. One room has a broken air-con and has to change to a different room. They accused us for breaking a door in the bathroom that’s already broken. Refused to give us back our deposits and on top of that ask us to pay 2000 THB more, otherwise they call the police. The police came and told us we don’t have to pay 2000, but still didn’t give us back the deposit. Very rude front desk. No elevator. No bell boy.

One of the worst hotel you can go to, they are not 5 stars, they selling wrong hotel with another branch which is closer queen palace, service is so bad, rooms nothing works, hotel is too far away from everywhere, no room service, bed covers n towel are tidy. Please don’t fall for their pictures

Enough for short stay. But AC not working well and many insects .Too dark and no good light in room. A little noisy from road side. Good that has self service laundry .

Where do I begin the place looks super nice in the pictures but the actual hotel is dirty, bugs inside, next door is a trash depot outside my window, no air in the hallways only in the room and the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. Also at checkout they had my room until the 17th when i booked it until the 18th.
