One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had (as of July 2026), and I will definitely not be returning. My experience included the following: 1. The air conditioner was old, extremely noisy, and the remote control did not work. 2. The check-in process was unnecessarily slow. Even worse, the staff showed little sense of urgency or concern for waiting guests. 3. The overall service quality was far below what I would expect from a hotel. I have received better service from budget accommodations. 4. The only access road to the hotel was under construction, but no one informed guests where they could park. Unless you specifically asked, no information was provided. 5. The room had very poor sound insulation. Noise from outside and neighboring rooms could be heard throughout the night, making it difficult to get proper rest. 6. The electrical appliances were very old. The refrigerator was particularly loud and kept running noisily throughout the night. This was the most disappointing hotel stay I have experienced. Based on my experience in July 2026, I cannot recommend this hotel and will never return.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Everything is new, modern, and very well maintained. The location is convenient, with two metro lines nearby, a 7-Eleven store, and plenty of cafés within walking distance. The room was comfortable and thoughtfully designed. It featured a large panoramic window, convenient power outlets by the bed, a dedicated workspace for a laptop, a minibar with everything you might need—even a corkscrew—and complimentary drinking water served in glass bottles and kept chilled in the refrigerator. The room also included a safe and a hairdryer. My favorite feature was the huge panoramic window with a cozy daybed, which made the room feel especially inviting. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a swimming pool with a children's slide, a playground, a gym, and even a yoga room. Breakfast was norm, with a wide variety of options including European, Asian, and Indian dishes. There were also delicious homemade pastries, fresh fruits, and salads. I would especially like to thank the reception staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Even though I arrived without luggage, I felt very well looked after. A staff member personally escorted me to my room and showed me around the hotel, including the pool, gym, and restaurant. Such attention to detail made me feel truly welcome. I would be very happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Room was not particularly new but clean, with nice view of the city. Aircon worked well and cooled down the room quickly. Room service staff were quick to respond and we're helpful. Close to BTS station but if u have heavy suitcase with u, u have to walk to a further exit to use the lift. Hotel front desk staff tried to be helpful but could do better, e g. When I arrived they had to take calls from existing customer regarding a complain, which my check in process was transferred to another person and back to the first, wasted both sides' time handling both issues. It was 12pm when I checked out and lots of other customers were standing at front desk waiting for ages. They had to send staff to check my room before letting me leave. I specifically told them I have my credit card details left with them, if anything, contact me to confirm and can deduct money for anything they found I damaged or used upon aggrement eg snack bar (which I didn't). I couldn't stand there and wait forever. They should review this process to help staff make the check out process faster and smoother for everyone. Restaurant staff were nice and helpful. Gym looked nice, would like to use swimming pool but water quality seemed to have room for improvement. Couldn't find the self laundry station. Was generally ok for a quick few days stay in Bangkok.

I would really like to compliment two front desk staff members, Nam and Vee, for their professionalism and kindness. Nam especially went out of her way to help me by flexibly arranging a room that suited my personal needs much better. It may seem like a small thing, but to a guest, that kind of understanding and effort makes a huge difference and completely changes the comfort of the stay. I truly appreciated it. I also noticed how both Nam and Vee remained patient, polite, and smiling at all times, even in situations where other guests were being extremely difficult. The guest before me was honestly so frustrating that I could not even tell whether he genuinely did not understand or was only pretending not to understand. Yet despite that, they never lost their composure or professionalism for even a second. That kind of emotional control, patience, and service mindset is not easy. Many people can work at a front desk, but not everyone can continue smiling sincerely under pressure while still making guests feel welcomed and respected. Thank you again, Nam and Vee, for your kindness, professionalism, and positive energy. Staff members like you are one of the reasons guests remember a hotel warmly and want to come back again.

The living room was spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was fully functional with all amenities, and the bedrooms had amazing city views from the balcony.
