Relax Time Massage & Scrub (Esplanade Ratchadaphisek)

AVOID - I had a 30 min shoulder and neck massage because I thought, how bad can it be? Answer, pretty bad! Firstly they ask for payment upfront, which is a big red flag, I can only assume many people refuse to pay after receiving a terrible massage. The actual massage was done by some young guy with bleached hair and covered with tattoos. I could see someone woke him up to do the massage. You sit in recliner chairs for a back, neck and shoulder massage, which already is not ideal because obviously there is limited access to your back! Anyhow, he comes over, no words exchanged, spins the chair around, dumps a towel on my chest as some kind of blanket and starts to "massage" by sticking his hands down the back of chair and rubbing the shoulder blade area. The pressure is hard, but strangely he is pressing on areas that have no feeling at all! Very strange. This goes on for 30 minutes. When he's done he simply gets up and leaves. I didn't really have any serious problems in those areas before the massage, but suddenly my neck started aching on the left side. Was painful all evening and now into the next morning. Had to massage it myself for it to almost feel normal now. On the way out, no sort of acknowledgement from the front desk staff on how it went or good bye etc. They simply don't care. There is no one managing the staff here, so expect completely indifferent service and at worse coming out worse than when you started. Just don't waste your money or time on establishments like this, as there are so many places to get a massage, don't make the mistake that I made.

Made appt with them but on the day itself, tried to call them via land-line and watsapp but in vain. Made me rush to my appt then they said they can't find my booking (despite confirmation through watsapp). Waited for 20 minutes before they decided to let me have the massage. Masseur was good. If you intend to go, don't prepay or buy from online apps until the day itself. I have a feeling that management blocked my calls because if I don't turn up, the money is still paid to them. V dishonest way. Because when I called the land line. Voice message said that my number is temporarily barred. So if I can't find directions, I wiould have lost my money. Price is the same or more than walk in. I can't reply to the shop so I will reply via edit. 1. The voicemail was in both English n Thai. 2. How can the shop accommodate my request when they IGNORED my watsapp and did NOT answer my phone call?

I’m not used to leaving reviews, but I feel like I have to this time. This was not a good experience at all. It felt more like light touching than an actual massage, and I left feeling even more tense than when I arrived. Also, I checked the time we arrived and the time we left, and the full duration of the session was not respected at all. Waste of time and money…

Went there with pain on neck and shoulder. So I took a neck and shoulder massage to release the pain and make it better. Unfortunately the massage was so bad that I had more pain afterwards. It was a massage in the chair so the masseur could not reach the pain points and focused more on the head than the neck and shoulder. I can’t recommend this massage studio.

This massage shop is next to the night market inside the shopping mall, lighting is dark, quite relax, but sometimes the therapists might talk to each other, then that might a bit disturbing, other than that everything is good We visited this shop twice, both therapist are quite hard pressure which is my flavor, and by observation , there have a quite a lot male therapist , I guess they're much more hard pressure, so far the therapists I tried are quite skillful and experience, the muscle feel a lot better after massage. It is open area for foot and shoulder massage, for full body, there has a private room

The one at Central Plaza, horrible service. Told to return in 20 mins, thereafter waited for 15 mins and was escorted up to level 9, “upgraded “ the room. After changing, one of us started the massage after 10 mins. By now, its a total of 30 mins wait. Check when is massage starting, told in 1 minute. 10 mins later still no one came, no communication! Got upset, I changed back and refused to continue waiting. There was totally no apology. Worst Thai massage service ever!

I've been here a few times and enjoyed the massages by different people. The place is clean and tidy. Everyone is friendly and the receptionist speaks English

Poor Experience. Met an ill young therapist coughing during the massage. His hands were sweating. He should get some rest rather than myself.

Tried this branch of Relax Time and had a great experience! The atmosphere was relaxing, and the masseuses were skilled and professional. They really know what they’re doing, making it a truly enjoyable session. Definitely worth visiting!

I had vip massage by a men masseur, he was strong and professional but some part of bodies like foot and chest and head missed in my full body massage .
