RENE Japanese Physiotherapy & Face Alignment – （日本式整体・理学療法マッサージ）

This was my second visit. The first time, I received treatment from the manager, Toyo-san, and I was so impressed by the sensations and changes in my body that I decided to try the physical therapy she recommended for my second visit. It was truly professional work, unlike any treatment I've ever received before; I could feel that she completely understood my body. Even though it was painful, there was no discomfort, and strangely, I was able to comfortably focus on my own body. She was thorough and precise, and I could feel her genuine desire to improve my body. After the treatment, she carefully explained my physical condition and taught me things to be mindful of in daily life, as well as stretches. Immediately afterward, I felt that the stiffness and tension in my body had been relieved, and standing was much easier. While massages can be hit or miss and depend on personal preference, I would recommend this place to anyone. I would want to come back to Bangkok just to come here again. I will definitely visit again when I come to Bangkok.

I always go there whenever I'm in Bangkok. The therapists, who are nationally certified, provide wonderful treatments, pinpointing and relieving muscle tension. It's a completely different experience from typical massage parlors. They also teach exercises that are good to continue at home, and I'm always impressed by their genuine desire to improve their clients' physical well-being.

I was suffering from poor posture and a double chin caused by a straight neck, and had gone to various massage parlors, beauty clinics, and chiropractors, but nothing had improved. Then I found RENE, and even though it was a place I wasn't very familiar with, I decided to go. The treatment by the physiotherapist and the advice from the store manager, Toyo, were very helpful. I'm also putting into practice the diet advice that Toyo gave me. The mouthpiece for correcting a straight neck that I bought at the store worked even better than I expected, and I now use it for five minutes in the morning and evening. I would like to come for treatments regularly.

After several sessions of physical therapy and body alignment, my rounded shoulders and body misalignment have been corrected. The way my muscles are distributed has also changed. The slimming massage is more economical when you buy a multi-session package, and they measure how much weight you've lost each time. Once you've seen some results, they kindly advise you that you probably don't need any more sessions. They also provide information about the body and good products, which is very educational. The manager is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming, making it easy to talk to them about anything.

I always come here for facials and the dome sauna. The dome sauna has a great detoxifying effect, and afterwards my skin improves and my overall health improves! I highly recommend it!!
