Thought of splurging on a hotel foot massage after landing in BKK but such a letdown. The prices are more expensive than the row of massage parlors opp the hotel but the therapists skills are horrible. No pressure, no techniques. The chairs were also worn out. Such a waste of time and money.

Hot stone massage was the best!! It didn't hurt, and the staff was so friendly! I've been to Bangkok many times, and this was better than the expensive places!!!!!!♥️

Professional and friendly staff with five star massages and spa treatments. I’ve tried a number of facial and body treatments. My favourite is the body scrub, aromatherapy massage, and foot massage. The techniques are phenomenal. The Thai owner has run massage parlours for 28 years and this place is an institution in Siam Square. It’s located inside Novotel Siam Square.

The service is good. Staff is polite. But the iced towel causes me contact dermatitis. DO NOT use it. Beware of their towels.
