Ng gave the best massage of my life! I've now been back again and will only be going to this salon for massages whenever I'm in Bangkok. Both times I got the neck and head massage. The second time she just focused on my neck, head, back and arms, likely because I have so many knots it really does take the whole hour. But this is where I feel pain so I did not mind at all! Note that she uses a LOT of pressure which isn't for everyone, but for chronic pain suffers, she's incredible. My husband also got a massage. He prefers a lighter touch than me and the person he had was great so no matter what type of massage you like, you will love it here.

Masseuse Kit is so great! I really loved the salon too. Prices are nice as well especially for this district. I am a spoiled customer but I have no regrets I went here. I will come back for sure

If you know what a good massage is, avoid visiting this place. I’ve checked reviews and expected the good service, but had the opposite even though I’ve been there in the midday and seemed to be the only customer inside. The salon itself is nice, but the quality of massage… I have no words. I went for an oil massage, but it felt opposite to relaxing. The master was moving her hands so fast like we’re preparing for the F1 race. I thought okay, maybe it’s her technique. But then she just forgot to even touch my belly or my head AT ALL, she didn’t even touched it. No upper neck massage as well. Except for the relaxation I went out totally disappointed. And then, when I described the situation to the administrator, she tried to convince me that massage was done properly and master had done my head, neck and belly massage too lol. I just feel scammed, don’t believe good reviews.

This place is one of the cheapest massage options in the area, which explains why it’s always busy with a mix of international guests. Walk-ins are very convenient—there’s almost always availability, so it’s quick and hassle-free without needing a reservation. However, the downside (and a major one for me) is the cleanliness. The bedsheets and pillowcases had an unpleasant smell—almost like stale saliva—which made the experience quite uncomfortable and hard to overlook. Additionally, the massage quality was disappointing. The masseuse seemed to lack technique. Meanwhile, she used her elbows which felt abrasive and caused discomfort—almost like my skin was being scratched whenever she applied pressure. Unfortunately, this might be my last visit here…

The massage was OK, but overall this was an extremely disappointing experience. The customer service was a disaster. The room was freezing cold. I asked several times for the air conditioning to be turned off or adjusted, but the staff refused to do anything about it. Because of the cold temperature I had to stop the massage. Even though I did not receive the full service, they still charged me the full price. I explained that I was willing to pay for the part of the massage I actually received, but they refused. This level of service and lack of basic customer care is unacceptable.

The hours advertised said they were open until midnight. When I went in to ask about a massage at 10:50 pm, I noticed they were in a hurry to leave. I can empathize with the tiredness of their employees, but they're not keeping to the hours they advertise. I thought it was still within the right time to get a massage since I was staying at the hotel next door. But the receptionist's response and attitude when I asked about a massage made me not want one, and I simply left. I figured if I got a massage at 11 pm, they'd probably do it half-heartedly because they were eager to leave and close up. I'm sorry, but we have to be mindful of the energy we give and receive in these kinds of places.

Just finished a 1hr foot massage at Chao 9, and my massage therapist was excellent. Hit all the right spots and ended with a bonus shoulder and neck massage. Great pricing at 360/hr. Highly recommended!

Very good, professional Thai massage. Had 2 in a row, one woman with very good pressure and one man same same. The location looks realy good, almost vintage from outside. Inside is it clean and OK looking. The view into a little garden is the highlight. Absolutely to recommend, I will come again.

Clean and quiet massage spot with very good price. I walked in to do a 60 min foot massage. They ask you to take off your shoes and will wash your feet at the entrance to change into their slippers. They’ll lead you to a dark room with I think about 10 massage chairs. The foot massage was light and very relaxing. The masseuse don’t talk and they play calming music so the entire environment is very peaceful and quiet. They provide WiFi if you want to scroll your phone during the massage. Even though I only got the foot massage, they still briefly massaged my head, neck and arms in last 10 minutes. It was overall a very pleasant experience! Would re-visit

If you expect a good massage, here’s a good option. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, especially the couch. Massage was SO GOOD. Wish I could come back every day but unfortunately I live in Australia. A colorful place.
