Quan Spa @ Renaissance

I visited Quan Spa at Renaissance Bangkok for a pampering session, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff greeted me warmly and guided me through the treatment with professionalism and genuine care. My chosen therapy was not only relaxing but also deeply rejuvenating. The therapist had excellent technique, ensuring the right balance between soothing comfort and targeted pressure. I left with both my body and mind refreshed, and my skin glowing with renewed energy. What I appreciated most was the attention to detail — from the welcome tea to the tranquil environment that made the whole experience feel elevated and luxurious. Quan Spa is truly a hidden gem in the heart of Bangkok, perfect for anyone seeking a retreat from the city’s bustle. I would highly recommend it for both travelers and locals looking for a memorable wellness escape.

Very good. Clean and relaxed atmosphere

I thought the hotel spa would be a good option for a solo oil massage, so I booked a massage at the Renaissance Hotel where I was staying. The first day I arrived in Bangkok, I was a little worried because the spa I'd been eyeing back in Korea was disappointing, but my worries were unfounded and I was completely satisfied. I rarely write reviews, but I highly recommend the therapist, Ya. I made a reservation for the morning of the day, so I couldn't get the time I wanted, but the spa recommends booking 48 hours in advance.

Had multiple massages (oriental fusion) and a facial during a long business trip. They were all amazing and super relaxing. The Spa atmosphere was quite relaxing as well. Worth it!

Quan Spa located on PH level of Renaissance Hotel Rachaprasong. It’s convenient to take BTS to Chidlom Station. For those driving, hotel parking was at underground level with most right turn, which was not acquainted to Thai drive way. Lighting and signs within the elevator wasn’t clear. Name of the spa was on PH level, same as fitness center. Staff at welcome desk was not as courageous as 5-star hotel should be. Masseuse was polite and good grip. Though I had aroma massage, masseuse tried to relieve stress and tension. However, there was aerobic music about half of the session. This was rather annoying as it disturbed relaxing moments.
