The worst massage parlor ever! Awful, filthy, disgusting and unprofessional. Dishonest, deceitful and uncivilised woman at the counter. She would try to overcharge you and think the customer was gullible. Everything was below standards. Bed lice and bugs caused itchiness on my body. No slippers or water provided. Go somewhere else and don’t waste your time there.

Awful!!! atmosphere of this was awful. I went with my wife and my daughter for full body massage. As it was a very busy time, we made the mistake and didn't ask to look at the room.. they didn't put any relaxation music and the all ladies was talking together ALL THE TIME. It wasn't a good experience and all of us felt so annoyed and disappointed after massage!!!!! Respect yourself and don't try here!!!!

The ladies who do the work talked a lot during our massage, no relaxation song or anything, not too clean and everyone in one big area. Very load and noisy. The massage was just fine but nothing special!!! Spend a bit more and get a better quality!

The Worst Massage Place Ever. I paid for 1 hr massage but only got 45 mins massaging time which is unacceptable so I spoke out. The massager was very disappointed and we were arguing (nicely) until she finally said “okay, I will massage more”. She continued massaging but with a completely different attitude and pressure. My back and shoulder were really hurt so I informed her but got ignored. She moved to the neck and head parts in which she intentionally pressed really hard and pulled my hair (My hair was tied up and she was quite careful not to make it messy earlier). My hair was a mess that I looked like I just had a fight. Her manner is unsatisfactory, being dishonest is also unacceptable. I will proceed to prosecution if my back or shoulders have muscle strain later on.

Excellent masseuse working here they are well trained in the art of Thai massage & foot massage. Ask for Joy her Thai massage definitely will have you feeling like your floating on clouds after! Highly recommended this shop!

I've been visiting Pam Thai Massage over the last 10 years. My most recent and probably last visit was Dec 2024. The quality and skills of the staff has gone downhill dramatically, especially in the last few years, to the extent that I now go elsewhere for a decent massage. It started getting annoying hearing the staff flirt excessively and loudly with the older gentlemen entering the shop. This is absolutely unnecessary and unprofessional. The staff have loud conversations with each other while guests are trying to relax.

A warning to anyone who may have spinal issues or even unknown issues. My wife and I went for a foot massage and full body massage. That evening my wife lost all feeling in her legs and upper body on right side. We ended up going to 3 hospitals to get an MRI and it triggered some degenerative changes in her spine. So the issue was not caused by the massage but has triggered something we knew nothing about. Just a word of warning.

This was my first Thai foot massage and it was great! The place was clean and cooling. They also offered the best price compared to the other massage parlors. The staff was friendly and experienced. Overall a superb place.

The worst most lazy massage experience I have had in all my time in Thailand, to be clear this shop is off sukhumvit soi 13. The lady was not interested, chatting to her colleagues throughout and just pressing here and there not exerting any effort. I ended up cutting the massage short as she was just wasting my time in the end. Not the place to go if you want a thorough Thai massage considering there are so many better places available
