When you arrive, the young nice pretty lady staff will greet you with a warm welcome, making you feeling at home! The apartment room costs about 10000+ baht more or less, per month, depending on room size and availability, is really value for money, as it is located in a prime location, just 10-15 minutes walk from MRT Prechaburi station, which provides connecting points and easy access by sky trains BTS to many of bangkok's premium shopping malls and major tourists areas. And the rooms are well managed, very clean, with nice design and elegantly decorated. In its immediate neighborhood, there are numerous good eating establishments, restaurants, massage and spa houses to relax and enjoyment.

Absolutely terrible experience. The owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the very beginning. Communication was aggressive and disrespectful. The place itself was nothing like the photos – dirty, poorly maintained and overall just uncomfortable. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to stay far away!! It was honestly one of the worst stays I’ve ever had.

The owner is really polite and helpful. A small apartment, a little bit old. But some rooms are renovated already. Located beneath the main sokhumvit road. Easy accessible and located in popular area.

Disappointing

The apartment owner provided excellent service. They even let guests borrow money, which was very impressive! ✨ There are also many food options nearby, and a 7-Eleven right on the main road – very convenient, I really liked that.

This accommodation is very convenient for those looking for a place to stay. Simply get off at Phetchaburi MRT station, walk across the Saen Saep canal bridge, and it's right at the foot of the bridge. They also accept short-term stays of 1-2 months. The owner and staff are attentive and friendly, and the rooms are clean.
