One of the most enjoyable stays in my multiple visits to bkk. The hotel service is superb. Good location away from the busy tourist area. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Comfortable clean! Just the bed too soft for me. The staff always so friendly. If you need to go to the nearest train station they provide free tuktuk support. Gym is big and professionally equipped. Food there also very delicious. Very good service by Mr Wii at the restaurant. Also enjoyed the cozy and helpful service by Mr Pao. Always smiling and so happy to see him at the door. Attended a meeting here recently and I have to say, the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish! The meeting room was well-set up - spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The lighting and temperature were just right, which made it easy to stay focused throughout the session. The staff deserves a special mention. They were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. You’re right in the city, but once you step inside the hotel, it feels peaceful. Honestly, the main reason I chose to stay here again is the restaurant. I genuinely love the food and the overall dining atmosphere. Every time I’ve eaten here, it’s been consistently good, and that alone makes it worth coming back. Hello, I booked a family room at Lancaster Hotel, and I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. I was traveling with my two children, and my 4-year-old child accidentally made a tiny pen mark on the duvet. As responsible guests, we immediately informed the hotel staff so the item could be cleaned. We were completely transparent and cooperative. What is unacceptable is that the hotel never contacted me by phone, email, or in person to discuss the issue. Instead, a letter was simply left in my room stating that I had been charged a fine of 2,450 Thai Baht. Even more concerning, the hotel deducted this amount directly from my security deposit without obtaining my consent or giving me any opportunity to discuss, dispute, or understand the basis of the charge. This is not how a reputable hotel should treat its guests. A small washable mark caused by a 4-year-old child does not justify such a heavy penalty, especially when there was no attempt at communication or fair resolution. The fact that the deduction was made unilaterally and without any discussion reflects a complete lack of respect for guests and their rights. This has been one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. The lack of transparency, professionalism, and respect for guest privacy is unacceptable. I expect a detailed explanation of this charge and a review of the hotel’s handling of this matter.

We had a fantastic stay at Lancaster Bangkok from start to finish. We stayed for 5 nights, and for a 5-star hotel, the price is absolutely worth it. The welcome was incredibly warm, and the staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We did have a small issue with our room initially, but the team handled it perfectly — they took immediate action, moved us without any hassle, and even upgraded our room without us having to ask. They also checked in to see if there was anything else we needed, which really made us feel valued as guests. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location was also really convenient for us, with a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel and plenty of restaurants within a 10–15 minute walk. The gym was another standout feature — very well-equipped with a wide range of machines, perfect for keeping up with workouts while travelling. Breakfast was also excellent, offering a vast selection to suit all tastes. Overall, an excellent experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent locatin. Easy to get the from BKK airport bt train. The restaurant is wonderful. Family room is big! has 2 toilet and shower is very big. Only staied one night but will come back next time

We had a wonderful stay at Lancaster Bangkok. We especially enjoyed our room on the top floor with a lovely view over Bangkok and its modern amenities. The electrically switchable glass between the bathroom and the bedroom was a very nice surprise and something we had never seen before! The staff was attentive and kindly accommodated our request for a high-floor room. Excellent value for money and a hotel we would happily recommend.
