Had such a great experience at this massage place on the 3rd floor of Siam Discovery. The location is super convenient, and once inside, it was unbelievably quiet and relaxing — such a contrast to the lively atmosphere outside where there was even a live concert going on. I booked the Thai Bliss Detox Package (Soul Soothing Foot + Thai Heritage Revival) through Gowabi and paid only 915 Baht for 2 hours, which was absolutely worth it. My masseuse, Khun Vee, was very attentive and impressive throughout the session. I felt completely revitalised afterwards. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good massage in the Siam area. PS. Their hair spa programs look amazing too — I’ll definitely come back to try them next time!

If you are looking for a way to melt away stress while giving your hair some serious love, I cannot recommend this SPA enough. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt taken care off. The aesthetic was modern and professional, creating an immediate sense of calm. The treatment itself was pure bliss. It started with a deep-cleansing wash, followed by a nourishing mask and a massage that felt incredibly soothing. It was so relaxing. I have to give a huge shout-out to the staff. They were attentive, skilled, and clearly experts at what they do. They ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Their friendly demeanor and high level of service made the experience feel truly premium.

An absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is calming, elegant, and truly designed for relaxation. I had a Hair Spa session with Aim ( oem ) , and it was exceptionalshe is highly skilled, attentive, and gentle. My hair felt softer, healthier, and noticeably more refreshed after the treatment. I also want to express my appreciation to the lovely receptionists, Peen and Niptam. Their warm smiles, polite attitude, and genuine hospitality made the entire visit even more enjoyable. They create a welcoming environment that sets the tone for a perfect self care experience. This place is truly a gem and one of the best pampering experiences I’ve had in Bangkok. Highly recommended.

worth the money, truly superb. the package is very complete. it includes head and shoulder massage, and during the rain asmr spa session they also massage your hands and feet. the head and shoulder massage alone already feels amazing, there are so many steps and sequences that make you feel deeply relaxed. the service is also very good. i booked via classpass (asmr head spa size m) because the size L includes a facial (currently im in my breakout period). but this is highly recommended and absolutely worth trying!

One of the best head spa I have experienced. Newly opened in 2025, the Jai Chan Thai Massage and Head Spa is a highly professional and ensuring place to get a nice massage and head spa. The staff is very nice and very capable of making you relaxed and thorough. I ordered both the head spa and a foot massage because I needed both. I was ushered into a cozy room and laid down on the wide cushioned bed. Foot massage was firm and felt really good. Next, she positioned my head over the bowl and began a series of hair treatments. I couldn't count how many but there was a lot of hair products massaged into my scalp and hair then rinse and repeat. So nice to feel your hair and scalp being massaged. I tried to keep awake but the repeat massaging really makes your brain into a dream state. Next, they placed a ring of water over your hair which reminded me of being under a waterfall. This was the best part of the head spa. I didn't want the experience to end. Overall, this is a wonderful place to get your head spa and massage. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience at Jai Chan Massage Studio. The place is very clean, beautifully designed, and has such a calm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. I booked the 60-minute head spa, and it was absolutely incredible. One of the most relaxing treatments I’ve ever had — I felt myself deeply relax almost instantly. Everything was done with great care and professionalism. Highly recommended if you’re looking for real relaxation in a stylish, peaceful setting. I’ll definitely be back!

Disappointing Head Spa Experience in Thailand - Misleading Service & Poor Communication I recently visited this head spa in a Thailand with my husband. While the shop location and cleanliness seemed acceptable, our experience was highly frustrating. Firstly, I booked a 90-minute head spa session online, but upon arrival, I was told I would be charged an extra 150 THB because my hair goes past my shoulder blades. This additional fee was not mentioned anywhere during booking or showing in the website. Secondly, the staff had very limited English comprehension. When asked if I had changed clothes, I clearly said “not yet,” but the therapist still opened the curtain abruptly — leaving my husband and me in an exposed and uncomfortable situation. Most disappointingly, after the session, I realized the actual treatment lasted only about 60 minutes. When I asked the front desk, they claimed the remaining 30 minutes were reserved for hair drying, which was counted as part of the 90-minute service. This was not stated in the service menu, which clearly described “head massage and neck/shoulder therapy – 90 minutes.” I have visited many head spas, and never has blow-dry time been included in the treatment duration. I felt misled and poorly treated. I cannot recommend this place to anyone visiting Thailand.

The service is good. The massage therapists were very professional. We did a 45 minutes head spa and it worth the price. Definitely coming back next time when I’m in Bangkok :)

After a long day of 25k steps, we stumbled upon this spot and loved that they were able to take us right away. Space is nice, relaxing and foot massage was great, it didn’t even feel like it was apart of the mall.
