If you're on the 5th floor, you can only use the elevator on the side with the restrooms.

I bought hand gel as a souvenir. The staff were very polite, which was great. However, it took me quite a while to find it, so I'm writing this down for anyone planning to go. Enter through the entrance shown in the first picture, and go straight along the wall on the left. Go straight between the black and blue shops shown in the second picture. Take the elevator you see to the 5th floor. This is the elevator exclusively for this store.

Weekend well spent! I tried the spa here; the massage was excellent. I loved the products; they have a good selection of scents, especially their signature one. The massage therapists were great and gave good recommendations.

I think Thann has the best standard processes in Bangkok, amongst all premium treatment centres. The only issue is with the site, it was not obvious how to find Thann on 5th floor! Not all elevators go there, actually only one goes there.

THANN's spa is a must-visit when I'm in Bangkok. 👍 I usually go to the one at Gaysorn Tower, but this time I ended up at the Emporium due to my accommodation. I booked through Klook again this time. Total Revitalizing Facial Treatment Treatment: 70 minutes I booked a detox lymphatic facial tailored to my skin type. The environment was great, and they confirmed my requests in advance, so I was very satisfied! The treatment was so relaxing that I dozed off during the treatment, but I think my puffy face from the late-night flight felt moisturized and refreshed. 🤭 They also gave me a thorough shoulder and arm massage. At the end, they applied a lip balm, which was so good I bought it! My lips haven't dry out since I applied it. I highly recommend it! As many reviews have said, it was quite difficult to find the location. 😆 I got off at Phrom Phong Station, entered the Emporium, went down the corridor between Bulgari and FENDI, and took the elevator to the 5th floor.
