The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming from start to finish. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the service felt professional and well organized. I loved that they served tea afterward, it's such a thoughtful touch that made the experience even better. The whole atmosphere was calm and peaceful, and I honestly didn't want to leave. Left feeling totally refreshed and I'm going back today for my third time getting massaged here. Highly recommend!

I came here with high expectations after seeing so many positive reviews online, but it was a major disappointment. At 1,300 THB for a 90-minute session, it is honestly not worth the price at all. The Massage: It was completely underwhelming. The therapist kept missing the pressure points, and the overall technique was just not there. Hygiene & Comfort: The massage bed was extremely thin and uncomfortable. Worse, it had a noticeable, unpleasant odor, which made it hard to relax.Hospitality: The reception staff were cold and unwelcoming. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality from the moment I walked in. The only saving grace is that the spa is located inside the hotel, making it convenient to just go straight up to my room afterward. Otherwise, the value for money is incredibly low. I would not recommend it.

My sister, my husband, and I went together for a massage and had such a wonderful experience. Thunder, Su, and Smile were absolutely amazing — truly professional and very skilled massage therapists. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and took great care of each of us. We chose a Traditional Thai massage, and it was incredible. The therapists were attentive, knowledgeable, and really knew how to relieve tension and help our bodies relax. You can tell they are highly trained and passionate about what they do. It was such a relaxing and authentic experience, and we’re so glad we went together. We highly recommend them if you’re looking for a wonderful Thai massage experience. We are very satisfied with our therapists, Su and Sorn. We highly recommend them. They made us feel very relaxed, their massage pressure was just right and comfortable, and our aching bodies felt much better. The room was clean and fragrant. We went here for a thai massage, Koe welcomed us warmly, was really helpful & was accommodating in helping us change our massage duration from 90min to 60min due to time constraints. We had two amazing masseuse - Smile & Thunder. Both amazing women who took really good care of us throughout the session. They were very attentive & careful with the notes and often check in whether we are okay. Their strength and technique was really good & we really enjoyed the entire time that we even fell asleep. Will definitely come again & visit this place! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a concentrated good massage place🙏🏽

I had a 1.5-hour oil massage at Better Day Healthy Massage (Novotel), priced at 1,100 baht. You can choose between coconut or lavender oil, which is a nice touch. Before starting, they ask you to fill out a short questionnaire, including which areas you want extra focus on and which areas you do not want touched, something I really appreciated. The massage therapist fully respected my request for a very soft massage. Only the head massage felt a bit stronger at times, but I assume that is part of the Thai style. I had a private cabin with a shower and sink, which was very convenient. Everything was very clean, the temperature was perfect, and the relaxing music with water sounds created a calm and soothing atmosphere. The only downside for me was the space outside the treatment room. When you arrive, you are right in front of the reception desk, and after the massage, you sit in the same area to drink your bael tea. It felt a bit overwhelming, and I also felt slightly pressured to finish my tea and leave, as both the manager and the therapist were nearby and watching 😅 I would recommend creating a more private, quiet space where guests can slowly come back to reality after the massage, especially in a five-star hotel like Novotel. Overall, a very good and professional massage experience, with just a small improvement needed on the post-massage moment.
