The staff were very friendly and polite. The spa treatment was excellent; my belongings felt brand new. It's a reputable shop, so you don't have to worry about your items going missing. Highly recommended.

Horrendous Fendi Bag Repair Experiences at Pathum Wan , Momoko : my Fendi bag was recommended by my hotel concierge at Plaza Athenee . But my experiences turned out to be a nightmare as initial repair bill was 2500 baht . Was asked to pay an additional 2500 baht for inner lining repair . The pictures are worth a thousand words . For 5000 baht , I had a horrible experience and the kind hotel concierge team spent a lot of time coordinating with Momoko . This was the result. Expensive but poor quality . Horrible experiences especially for tourists ! Don’t think you are getting quality repair services .

I took my bag in for cleaning and repair. The staff member gave excellent advice. They could tell what had damaged the bag just by looking at the marks. The service was outstanding; I was very impressed.
