I got chrome nails done at this salon and the chrome started coming off on the first day. I went back the next day to let them know, and asked for a normal gel color instead. Not only did they refuse to take responsibility, but they also charged me again for every color I chose. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I explained my complaint, she simply blamed her staff and said it wasn’t her fault. And then she blamed me too by saying that I took off my hand from the LED lamp. There was no apology at all and no attempt to fix the issue properly. Very disappointing service. ❌ Not customer friendly ❌ Poor quality work ❌ No accountability I do not recommend this salon at all.

I came here for a pedicure, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff was polite and did an okay job, but the communication was very difficult. I specifically wanted to remove my old gel polish, have a full spa pedicure (including nail trimming and cuticle care), and then get new polish applied. However, the service I received was only the spa soak and massage, without trimming or cuticle work, and have to ask them to apply new polish. The service wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t meet my expectations at all, especially since a spa pedicure should normally include nail and cuticle care. I left feeling quite dissatisfied

Been here for over 10 times. I highly recommend getting your nails done at this salon! Service is excellent. The place is very clean. Staff wear mask at all times. And price was quite reasonable too. 💕

I popped in and they had a vacant space, so I popped in for gel nails. ☺️ It took about 40 minutes for 300 baht, and they were very efficient and smooth. ☺️ It wasn't cold inside the salon, which was a relief. 🥹 I only had 1000 baht, so I went to TOPS to exchange. 😅 I regret forgetting to leave a tip. The finish was very natural, and the service was relaxing. ☺️ Thank you very much. 😊

I highly commend Khun Dao, the nail technician. She has a very gentle touch and meticulous work. 💅🏻 She pays attention to every detail, from filing to painting, and my nails came out perfectly beautiful. The salon is clean, the service is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a truly skilled nail technician. ❤️
