Excellent service. The car wash and vacuuming were very thorough. The owner is attentive. Above all, the drinks at the shop are delicious.

The interior cleaning was barely effective; it was still dusty. And the service? Don't even get me started. A complete waste of money and time.

I experienced this firsthand. I turned in to get my car washed. As I turned in, an employee gestured for me to turn around. I saw there was only one car being washed inside the tent, which was quite cramped. So I parked and prepared to give the keys to the employee (which is normally the standard procedure for car washes). To reiterate, there was only one car being washed inside the tent. After that, an employee came out and said, "Next time, park properly." (And then pointed to the parking space markings the shop had). I was shocked and asked, "Huh? Why would they say that?" I asked again, "Why?" "It's in the way." I then said, "What? Why are you talking like that? I'm not getting my car washed here anymore." "Okay, no problem," and then they handed me my keys. After reading the comments below, I understand they were probably too lazy to work and were clearly trying to get rid of the customer. Great job! I hope someone reads this.

I was interested in getting my car washed and ceramic coated because it was close to home and seemed convenient... but when I arrived at the shop to inquire, there were no staff in the office area. When I approached the group of employees washing cars, they spoke curtly, asking who I was looking for. I explained that I wanted to ask about their services and programs. The employee responded curtly, saying, "Come back another time, we're busy today, we don't have time." Then they slammed the door shut and got back into the car being washed, completely ignoring me. Their tone and demeanor clearly showed they didn't want a customer. They must be extremely busy with many customers, completely ignoring a new customer who came to inquire. I wish them continued success and lots of customers. Anyone considering using their services should think carefully. My younger brother had warned me before, but I never expected this to happen to me.
