Amazing ! I will definitely come back

I was very disappointed with the service and communication at the salon. I usually get my nails done by the same technician, so I booked an appointment as usual and traveled to the salon. However, upon arrival, I found there was a new technician. When I inquired about my usual technician because the new technician couldn't find the color I wanted, I was met with a response along the lines of, "Why didn't you ask if the usual technician was working?" I feel that the salon should inform customers about technician schedules or changes, not make them constantly ask. This method of communication made me feel neglected as a customer. Afterward, the salon asked me to reschedule to have my nails done by my usual technician, which I gladly agreed to. However, when I later had an urgent matter and needed to reschedule again, I was not offered any flexibility in resolving the issue. My decision not to return isn't about the 300 baht deposit – I spend almost 2,000 baht a month on nail services – but rather the unsatisfactory service and communication experience.

It was excellent! The stylist had a gentle touch and a kind heart, and the work was meticulous. I will definitely come back again. 😊😊😊

Lovely experience and very cute nails

I came here with a friend after the place we’d planned to go was busy and I’m SO glad we ended up here instead. The nail techs were both amazing, so thorough, professional, and friendly and the nail art they did was so beautiful! The studio is clean and comfortable. It’s also very conveniently located, right by the entrance to the Skytrain.

Really nice welcome when entering. The lady that worked on my nails was really sweet and had no issue with altering the shape of my nails shorter when asked. I really love my nails 💕
