To be honest ? Massage was very nice! One thing a bit disturb me, they said they put tiger balm but I didn’t felt any. But in general the whole experience was nice, welcoming, and the massage it self was amazing so I gave it 5 star :)

The massage was mediocre. We only availed a 1 hr foot massage and we did not like the service at all. The lady that washed my feet scrubbed it like she was washing a dirty rag and she didn't even rinse the soap properly. My husband asked the lady that he only wanted a soft massage THREE SEPARATE TIMES but she kept going back to hard pressure. Nikko Thai across the street was soooooo much better. If you're looking for good quality massage at the same rate. Go to Nikko Thai instead.

I'm a regular customer here, but today I had an appointment at 9 PM. I called to let them know at 4 PM. When I arrived at the shop around 9:10 PM, the staff looked confused and said the therapist I had booked hadn't arrived yet. They told me to sit and wait in the foot massage chairs. I actually got my massage around 9:30 PM with a different therapist who had just arrived. As a regular customer who is never picky, always brings my own baby oil and never uses the shop's oil, and always tips all the massage therapists, I have to say I'm very disappointed and will not be using their services again. Everything I've written is absolutely true. I want to share this so it doesn't happen to any other customer.
