A spa experience that left me with a headache instead of relaxation. I live in this condominium and have visited this salon twice. Unfortunately, both experiences were very disappointing. The hair washing was extremely rough. My hair was constantly pulled, my scalp was scratched with fingernails, and even the area around my ears was handled so aggressively that I felt pain during the entire procedure. By the end, my head was sore, and I noticed that a significant amount of hair had been pulled out. The service itself consists mainly of washing the hair and applying a mask. However, even for such a basic treatment, I would expect much more care and professionalism. At the very least, staff should be trained to handle clients gently and avoid pulling hair or scratching the scalp. I came back for a second visit because I thought the first experience might have been an exception or simply a bad day for the stylist. Unfortunately, the second visit was no better, and it confirmed my disappointment. What upsets me most is not the money, but the wasted time, the discomfort, the hair loss, and the ruined mood. I was considering trying other services here, such as a massage, but after these experiences I no longer feel comfortable returning. My hair is now very dry and broken.

Me and my boyfriend love to have massages. We've been to many shops but have to say this one is the best so far! Will visit there every time we travel back to Thailand.

The best massage i had in Thailand

I went for a massage with my boyfriend. The massage was amazing! They hit the right spots and released so many tension – it was incredibly relaxing. The staff member was lovely. My boyfriend had a facial and head massage, which he loved. They were incredibly professional. We were very impressed and will definitely go back! ✨

The owner is lovely, and all the massage therapists are lovely too. The place is clean, the service is excellent, and it's conveniently located with parking. I'm a regular customer now!
