First impression was honestly not great, but the massage itself helped recover the experience. Overall I’d rate it around 7/10. The reception staff spoke politely but did not feel particularly service minded. On the other hand, the therapist’s massage technique was genuinely very good with strong and adjustable pressure, but her manner felt rushed throughout the session. Movements were quite rough, items were placed down loudly, and the overall atmosphere did not feel as calm or refined as expected from a spa environment. There was also no consultation form and nobody asked about focus areas, areas to avoid, or preferred pressure beforehand. I was even asked to walk to the counter myself to select the aroma oil. In addition, there was no foot wash or even a warm towel to clean the feet before the massage. On the positive side, the therapist did check the room temperature and offered an electric blanket. The massage bed was also very comfortable, especially the face opening which was larger than usual. Overall, the massage quality itself was strong, but the service flow and hospitality details still need improvement.

Clean, quiet, and very relaxing. The onsen and sauna are great, and the facilities are well prepared. A nice place to unwind.

Everything was great, from the staff to the venue. Everyone was friendly and willing to serve. I would definitely come back if I had the chance. Most importantly, the price was not expensive at all for a place in the heart of Bangkok like this.

Amazing place, very friendly staff. I went here before my flight back home to unwind and could not recommend this spot enough. Left feeling very refreshed and ready to tackle the journey. Cold and hot tub combination was lovely, and the facility was very clean and upscale.

had an incredible experience at Lamun Onsen & Spa (located in TRIBE Living Bangkok Sukhumvit 39). We booked the Couple’s Package, which included a private Japanese onsen, sauna, and essential oil massage. • Ultimate Privacy: The private onsen area is surprisingly spacious. Unlike other spas, the entire facility (including the hot spring, cold plunge, and sauna) was exclusively for the two of us. Having that private space for an hour was pure bliss. • Professional Massage: The essential oil massage was top-notch. The therapists were highly skilled and hit all the right pressure points. • Highly Recommended: The overall atmosphere is modern and relaxing. We felt completely refreshed afterward. This is definitely a hidden gem in Bangkok. We will be coming back for sure!

So i booked the sauna for an hour. Didn't realise it would be private just me in the sauna and cold and hot pools. It was brilliant. I felt like a king. I then had a 90minute massage with Rayya who was amazing, the best massage I have had bar none. Very skilled and professional. Such a lovely woman as well. Place was very clean and organised. Highly recommend.

Really good experience, never feel so relaxed in my life, this was the better massage i ever had, they even give us some little cookies and a tea after !!

Amazing moment, the place is cosy, yet spotless. Really enjoyed the office syndrome massage, the masseuse was very skilled and the room comfortable. Definitely coming back!

We had an amazing private onsen and massage experience today at lamun. Our massage ladies Reya and Saa were so gentle, kind and very polite. I’ve been to many massage places in Bangkok, and so far this is the best one I’ve found. We will definitely come back!
