Some Masseuses are good, but customer care are pathetic.

The shop should improve itself instead of getting angry at customers. If your own staff aren't good at massaging, go train them. You claim "everyone's a good masseur." The big, burly men there are terrible at massaging. They massaged me and my shoulder blades were sore, I had to go to another masseur to fix it. Some of the staff are just awful. As a customer, I have the right to speak up. As a business owner, you need to fix things, not get upset with customers. The shop is also noisy with phone calls, conversations, and staff snoring. You don't care about your customers, and your customers don't care about you either.
