The therapist was very professional and skilled. I even fell asleep during the massage because it was so comfortable. After waking up, I felt very refreshed. If you want a strong and cool massage, I recommend THANN Sanctuary Signature Massage. If you want a soft and lymphatic massage, THANN Aromatherapy Massage is better. Chatrium Hotel guests get 20% discount for spa and 10% for products.

Massage was extremely fantantic. The atmosphere is beautifully decorated. However, the only thing that makes me fully disappointed is the receptionist. She made me standing without greeting at the counter while being busy with computer. I was escorted to the sofa. She did her job poorly. I didnt even get asked about the impression amd feeling about massage. This lady named "Ping or Pong". I wasn't sure. She seemed not to care about me and, instead, treat other western guests well. This ruined overall experience and I wont ever go back again !!!!!!!!!!
