Let’s Relax Onsen and Spa (Lumphini)

I had a wonderful experience at Let's Relax Onsen & Spa (Lumpini Branch). The staff were highly professional, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. My therapist ( Phanom ) was exceptionally skilled and experienced, applying the perfect amount of pressure and focusing on areas that needed the most attention. The treatment was both relaxing and rejuvenating, leaving me feeling completely refreshed. I truly appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail throughout my visit. I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a high-quality spa and onsen experience in Bangkok. I will definitely be returning! 5/5 stars. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Atmosphere was calm and relaxing, especially in the evening on a weekday when it wasn't too crowded. the staff was warm and welcoming, and my massage therapist did an amazing job. drinks and snacks were delicious too. I highly recommend this place and would happily visit again!

I had a truly lovely experience at this spa. The massage was excellent — deeply relaxing and skillfully done. The staff were warm, attentive, and very professional. The atmosphere was peaceful and beautifully designed. I especially enjoyed the refreshing pandan juice, and the snacks were delightful. The mango sticky rice was slightly sour on the day I visited, but overall, the service and experience were exceptional. I would happily return again.

Honestly, the best massage my Mrs and I have had in Bangkok. Our massage therapists Napatrapee and Mayuree are so skilled and professional. Although, it was only an hour, we felt so light and relaxed after. Before the massage, we tried the onsen and really loved it! Felt like we were in Japan. I think there were 6 different kind of baths, including a cold one. There is a also a steam and sauna room. After our massage, we were treated to a very nice mango sticky rice with hot tea. Although this is a higher end spa, it is definitely worth it. We will be planning future visits here again.

This was my first visit to this spa. The interior looks nice, and it’s located on the 9th floor. It’s important to book an appointment in advance. Like many spas nowadays, they tend to assign male therapists by default when you are a men, as they often reserve female therapists for female guests who would not accept a male therapist. So if you are male and prefer a female therapist, make sure to clearly state this when booking. My male therapist, however, was excellent. He has worked there for 9 years and clearly knows how to deliver a strong, firm massage — which is actually quite rare to find. The waiting area in the morning was very clean and well maintained, but it felt a bit soulless, almost like sitting in a mid-range airport business lounge. It lacks a bit of personal character. I had a 90-minute foot, shoulder, and back massage. The chairs were comfortable, and the back massage was done in a special massage chair, which worked well. The price was 1100 THB. Overall, it’s a good and clean place with skilled staff, but it could use a bit more atmosphere and personality.

I most enjoyed the onsen experience. I think the tubs, dry/steam sauna, and the hot/cold rooms were super relaxing and definitely top notch in the world for quality. The massage however is a mixed bag. I enjoyed the pre/post massage experience where you can choose your preferred scrub/oil from the platter and the mango sticky rice afterwards was a great treat. The massage itself is kind of middling in my opinion. Therapist just seemed inexperienced? Wasn't up to the world class massage quality I've had. It wasn't terrible but it just wasn't amazing.

I visited Let’s Relax Onsen and Spa for a Thai massage and I have only words of praise. Everything was absolutely perfect — from the warm welcome, the professional Thai therapist, and the beautiful, relaxing environment to the delicious tea and cookies served after the massage. It was a truly wonderful experience and one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Highly recommended.

The Onsen is so clean and modern with 7 pools. Lockers are very hygienic. There is a range of 5 aroma oils to choose from and the massage is so great and relaxing with skilful techniques. Lastly, pampered by a mango sticky rice and a cup of hot tea. The whole experience is so memorable and I would recommend my friends to visit.

Visited Let’s Relax Spa (Floor 9, Grand Centre Point Bangkok) and honestly it was the best spa experience I’ve had in Bangkok. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and luxurious from the moment you walk in. Staff are extremely polite and professional — they make you feel VIP without the crazy luxury-spa pricing. The treatment was very detailed, relaxing, and never rushed. For the quality, service, and environment, the price feels like a local street spa but the experience feels 5-star hotel level. Highly recommend. Deserves 10 ⭐️ if possible!

Located on the 9th floor of Grande Centre Point Lumphini Hotel. The staff were okay and the therapists were polite. The place was clean and comfortable. However, the management could be improved. My appointment was at 10:00 AM, and the email advised me to arrive 15 minutes early. When I arrived, the spa was still closed and I had to wait outside, which was a bit inconvenient.
