⭐☆☆☆☆ I expected a professional massage since this is a hotel spa, but it was a huge disappointment. The therapist seemed like a beginner with very little massage technique. The entire session felt like she was simply spreading oil over my body rather than giving a proper massage. There was no pressure, no skill or to relax me at all Even with the 15% hotel guest promotion, I paid THB 1,955. It was still extremely poor value. I could easily get a much better massage—or even two excellent massages—at many reputable street massage shops in Bangkok. The hotel sends daily promotions encouraging guests to book the spa, but don’t be fooled by the discount. A discount doesn’t make it worthwhile if the massage quality is poor. I would not recommend this spa to tourists looking for a genuine, professional massage experience

Located on the 37th floor of the hotel. You have to transfer to the leftmost high-floor elevator! This is my 5th visit to Bangkok, and I’ve been to almost every top-tier spa here. I’ve also made sure to get a massage whenever I travel to various countries. This was by far the best massage I’ve ever received. It was so good that I even asked for the masseuse’s name and booked another appointment for the next morning. If I understood correctly, her name was ☆Layla☆. My back was in terrible pain from standing for so long during immigration, but I recovered immediately after the 90-minute 'De Stress Back n Shoulder Massage.' She didn't just massage mechanically; she had a knack for finding my sore spots and thoroughly loosened them up. It was truly the best!!!!!! Hotel guests get a 15% discount, so the facilities are just as good as a luxury spa, and it’s convenient and simply the best! I’d get a massage here three times for the price of going to a bar once!

Had a massage here and it was exactly what I needed. The therapist was very skilled and adjusted the pressure perfectly. I almost fell asleep halfway through because it was so relaxing.The spa itself is beautiful, quiet, and smells amazing. Everything felt clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly without being overly formal. Not the cheapest spa around, but definitely worth it for the quality and atmosphere. Would happily come back again.

Nice, convenient and private spot for a massage to pick you up after a long day around the mall. I did a foot massage with Khae and she was amazing, made me feel completely refreshed. Definitely recommend and prices are reasonable for a mall.

The worst massage ever that ruined the end of my Bangkok trip 🤮🤮 The masseuse looked like she was in her early 20s, but she seemed inexperienced and unqualified. I was supposed to be relaxing, but she kept making noise and didn't really give me a massage; she just slapped on oil lol. Even with the guest discount, I paid 4,000 baht, and I wouldn't even want to waste 40 baht.
