I hope other customers will pay attention to hygiene and safety, and I also hope the shop will take sterilization and customer health more seriously. I do not recommend this shop. I had my ears cleaned at your shop on the afternoon of the 1st. It started itching that evening, got worse the next day, and became unbearably painful by the evening of the 2nd. I went to the hospital on the morning of the 3rd, and this morning I'm in so much pain I can't move or even speak. Any movement hurts. If you're going to run a shop, you really need to be more professional and sterilize your tools. Your staff are unprofessional; they even cut my ear that day! I'm speechless. I've enjoyed ear cleaning for many years, and this is the first time this has happened. I'm only writing this review because the pain is unbearable.
