I’ve visited this sauna twice already because I absolutely love it! The ambiance is relaxing, the vibe is peaceful, and the entire place feels so welcoming. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive and polite, making every visit a wonderful experience. The facility is exceptionally clean, neat, and well maintained, which makes it even more enjoyable. So far, this is the best sauna and wellness place I’ve experienced in Bangkok. I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality wellness experience in Bangkok!

This place is your Recovery Island in the city of Bangkok! Beautiful space with Sauna, cold plunge and a very nice cafe. Great for longevity goals whilst some space to mingle, meet and work. The team is wonderful. Great coffee, smoothies and AYA for the best recovery! Catch some joy right here!

This is a worldclass sauna and ice bath cafe experience! The ice bath felt very clean and hygienic, the temperature of the dry sauna was just right, and even the coffee was amazing! Also the wood quality of the sauna is the highest I’ve seen in Asia.

Absolutely stunning spot. The sauna quality is on another level, the wood smells incredible and it's some special type imported from Canada which you can really feel the difference. Super clean, super cozy, and honestly more social than you'd expect, it's a proper place to hang out and even work from. Smoothies are really good too. Wholesome experience all around 🫶

Wow very nice sauna & ice bath place in BKK!!! Quality Cedar sauna, different ice bath temperatures, hot & cold plunge. LOVE it!!

Clean facilities and great experience overall even though it was crowded the day we visited. The only downside was that hot tea with honey was missing from the menu.
