My experience was okay overall. My nails turned out well, but they only remove the gel using a nail drill, no acetone soak. They drill quite a lot, which scared me a bit since this method of removing gel might end up thinning your nails. It really depends on your preference, but the staff are friendly and nice.

I tried the eyebrow wax and tint. Cost 600THB and 500 THB respectively. Khun Fern is really good and meticulous. It took me 45 minutes in total, and I am happy with the result 👍 I made an appointment one day in advance, so I didn't need to spend time waiting. Will definitely come back. Thanks.

Terrible quality. They painted the polish off the nail, then wiped it off my fingers, applied it unevenly, and the technician always seemed to be in a hurry and was careless. They always paint the polish far from the cuticles and don't cover the entire nail. Below, I'll describe the main situation. They cut my finger. Not just cut it, but they wanted to cut off part of it. Apparently, the technician thought it was a callus and decided to cut it off. But it was my finger! There was no blood; apparently, she missed a blood vessel. But the pain was intense. The manicurist didn't see any blood and assumed everything was fine. It didn't matter that I even started crying and screamed out in pain for the whole salon to hear! The cut wasn't treated. At the end, they asked for the full price. I didn't agree. They gave me a small discount. And the technician said something to the receptionist in Thai like, "Oh, come on, she doesn't have a cut there." The receptionist simply said, "Oh, sorry."

The manicure was good, but removing gel polish required a nail drill that made my nails hot. After getting gel manicures three times, my nails are so thin that they bend when I press my phone against them. The drill left marks on the nail surface and revealed the pink inner nail.
