My gosh what can I say about this branch! The staff was sooo sooo nice and friendly. They won’t be tryin too much to sell you the courses which make me prefer klinique. Posh & clean environment combining with how professional the nurse is…makin this the best ! Totally suggest this!!

The location at the Siam Paragon is really nice and bright. It lit up your mood. Max greeted me nicely and discussed all my options, questions and inquiries. Will come back again next time 👍

I was referred to this clinic because I was interested in trying one of the latest laser treatments. Before booking, I went to their website to contact them, but I was surprised they did not list LINE, which is unusual for a business in Thailand. They only offered WhatsApp. I contacted them during business hours and asked whether they had the newest laser technology. They asked me what my treatment purpose was and requested a full-face photo, which I provided. After that, they stopped responding for about six hours. I followed up again, but still received no response. Because of the lack of communication and poor follow-up, I told them I was no longer interested in doing business with them. Only after that did they finally answer my question, but by then it was too late. The experience felt unprofessional and disappointing, especially for a clinic that is supposed to provide high-end aesthetic services. Good communication is very important before trusting any clinic with your face and skin. Unfortunately, this experience made me lose confidence in them before even booking an appointment.

So far, I’ve done 4 sessions of vbeam laser and the staff here are always so welcoming! They are never pushy to promote their services and pressure you. The clinic is a bit confusing to get to for the first time, but once you know the way, it’s very convenient. The privacy, service and cleanliness is top notch and I always recommend people to come here. Additionally, their prices are pretty much the same as other clinics, but you’ve got to do your research on various promotions. I definitely recommend doing vbeam laser here though. ☺️🫶🏻

I had a wonderful experience here. Received a relaxing facial and some rehydration IV vitamins! Caring and attentive staff, highly recommend! Don’t pass them up! Edit: I came in feeling pretty sluggish and run down. Haven’t slept well for a few days, and probably some residual flight stress. Whatever pretty colors they added to that IV fluid left me refreshed and energized. Getting a 10 step facial in the process was fantastic also!

Today was my first time getting underarm laser hair removal. The staff provided excellent service and took great care of me, giving helpful advice throughout. The process was quick and completely painless. Highly recommended!

I came here from the states because I saw that they had English speaking staff and prices seemed fair. None of the prices I saw prior to coming were charged to me and instead I was way overcharged, nearly $2,000 USD for 400 shots of ultherapy and 100 units of Botox. The guy who gave me a consultation was a pure salesman and did not seem knowledgeable about what my actual needs were nor was he a medical professional! The doctor doing my Botox didn’t speak English at all and seemed confused on where to inject my Botox. In fact, he asked me where I wanted the Botox when I expect the doctor to assess my face and make his recommendations based on his professional background, not rely on the patient to tell them where! I also feel like the Botox was fake or watered down as it only seemed to last a month, which is not normal (I regularly get Botox in the US). The only thing that seemed to work was the ultherapy but I am pissed about how much I was overcharged, I might as well have just gotten it more professionally done in the states at that price. Do not recommend
