A facial massage with Teacher Nan was incredibly effective at relieving tension in my neck and shoulders. I felt so relaxed I fell asleep without realizing it. When I woke up, the tension was gone; I felt light and incredibly comfortable. I felt like my blood circulation had improved, my face looked noticeably brighter immediately, my muscles were relaxed, and a lot of the accumulated tension was gone. I felt "relaxed all over."

Really well done! The pressure was perfect. At first, I didn't think much of it, but after a while, wow, my face gradually improved. The small wrinkles faded away.
