Good relaxing massage

Please allow me to give an honest review. The salon is cute, beautiful, and very modern. This was my first time using their service, and I opted for the Vietnamese hair washing service. I would recommend that you train your staff better in specialized tasks before serving customers. The employee who washed my hair was not proficient at all. I got water in both my ears, and they told me to use my hands to rinse them out. The Vietnamese hair washing process involves a lot of equipment, and the head massage itself doesn't take long (I'm not sure if this is the standard practice for Vietnamese hair washing in Thailand; I've had much more relaxing and comfortable treatments in Vietnam, so I won't complain about that). BUT!!! The blow-drying part... oh my god, she didn't even know how to blow-dry properly! The dryer hit my face once. I complained to the salon, and they said that the employee who washed my hair usually does massages and had only recently been trained in hair washing (maybe a year, if I remember correctly). But for me, this employee was definitely not up to par. I came to relax, but ended up more stressed. The salon gave me a discount voucher as compensation, but I really need to comment on the service aspect for improvement. I feel like I wasted my money. 🥲🙏🏼

5 stars for the location and service from the reception staff 10/10 3 stars for the Vietnamese hair wash 1 star for the skill of the Indian head massage staff. The massage was not up to standard. They only used one massage technique for the entire hour. The oil used was coconut oil, and it was applied in small dots instead of covering the entire head, causing a lot of hair loss. I chose this service because I had a migraine, but it didn't go away even after the hour. Another inappropriate thing is that it didn't include hair washing. I had to pay an extra 250฿, totaling over a thousand baht, but my pain didn't go away and I didn't feel relaxed. In summary, the Vietnamese hair wash is acceptable, but I would pass on the Indian head massage.

The massage was excellent, a great body scrub with strong pressure that relieved all my aches and pains. I felt so relaxed afterwards, and I went home feeling refreshed. This is my third time here.
