I wouldn't recommend 1.5h thai massage here. One of the masseuses walked away in the middle of the message for 5 min and they finished the message 5 min earlier. The massage was alright but this was our first and last time here. Very unprofessional behavior ..

Over all clean and most girls working are not lazy and reasonable massage work.

I recommend going to another massage parlor if you don't want a terrible massage and service experience. The receptionist was awful; unwelcoming, confused when making appointments, and spoke sarcastically and mockingly to customers, as if they were asking for a free massage. Many massage therapists give perfunctory massages, using excessive force that causes pain, and have grumpy, unwelcoming expressions. They also "like to gossip about customers both in front of them and behind their backs." Check out other customer reviews; they share similar comments to mine. I would highly recommend going to another massage shop if you want to avoid a bad massage and poor service experience. The receptionist's attitude was terrible—unwelcoming, sarcastic, and rude to customers. Even booking an appointment over the phone was confusing and disorganized. It honestly felt like customers were asking for a free massage instead of paying for a service. Several therapists also seemed careless while giving massages, using excessive force, causing pain, looking irritated, and acting like they didn't want to be there. The massage was good, the service was excellent, the place was clean, and parking was convenient. They also offer package deals.

My review is similar to many others who have reviewed it before. The staff are unfriendly and unwelcoming. Very disappointing experience. It really depends on luck. If you get a good therapist, it's fine. But if not, it's a bad experience. You can't change the therapist once it starts. Sometimes you get someone who feels very new, like they don't know what they're doing. Also, the staff at the front are not well organized. The queue system is confusing. Overall, not worth the price and not recommended. If you like a gamble, you can try your luck. The owner should have a friend try their luck to see what customers experience.

Something needs to be changed or improved. Please tell the owner. I beg you, please change the receptionist here. She's stern and unwelcoming, and her speech is abrupt, as if she's looking down on people who get massages. I've been twice. The first time, I think she was just tired (I try to understand). The second time, I encountered the same thing again. I think it's just a personal trait. I want to compliment the masseuses both times. They were excellent, polite, and gave a good massage. However, they didn't complete the full hour of massage. They might have been gone for 5 minutes, but that's okay. I understand that there are a lot of customers on weekends and they have to meet their targets, but I'd like to see them improve.

I tried it for the first time at the The Up branch and was impressed. The shop is clean and the massage therapists are excellent. I'll definitely come back again if I have the chance.
