The massage therapist was good; my muscles felt lighter. However, the staff member was coughing, not wearing a mask, and playing on their phone on the bed next to me, which could spread infections.

The massage was good. Gentle, but hit every spot.

My first time calling for service, the person who answered the phone at the front desk was incredibly rude. They spoke in a very harsh, aggressive tone, as if they were going to bite my head off. The store has a good image, but with a phone operator like this even before I entered, who would want to go in? They should send them for customer service training. I don't want other customers to experience this. I hope the store will take my feedback into consideration and improve their service on future calls.

Personally, I had a great massage with P'Fah. She's a good masseuse; her pressure was perfect. However, I was dissatisfied with some of the staff. I came with my boyfriend, and we had booked in advance – it wasn't like we were just walks-ins. We purchased an aromatherapy and head massage. Upon arrival, we scanned our documents as usual, and everything was fine. They said we'd be in separate rooms, which we didn't mind. But the room we got was a room with a window, and no curtains, even though we told them that people outside could see in. We offered to turn off the lights. At that point, we weren't comfortable with that. My boyfriend had already started his massage, so I told him we weren't going to continue. He came down to talk to us and told another staff member. That staff member then spoke to the person who was going to massage us, and their tone was clearly displeased, asking if we were going to continue our massage together. I started to get annoyed too, but I stayed quiet and just said yes. After a while, they went upstairs to tell someone, and I heard the supervisor yell, "It's a waste of time," and then come back down and say, "Our shop doesn't offer any other services," **in a sarcastic tone**. I didn't respond. We paid for this, didn't we? An aromatherapy massage involves full nudity; you're making your customers undress without any clothes on near their homes. If you accept bookings but don't have separate rooms... You could have told the customer, "There's only one room left. Can you wait?" or something like that. But not doing it like this. It's upsetting. The other staff members seemed just as bad as the one who spoke like that. We're not asking for anything for free that you can talk to us however you want. Please pass this on to the owner to reprimand the staff member. If they can't control their emotions while providing service, they shouldn't be working there. Look at the picture; who would want a massage with a window like that?

The shop is very clean. Kwan gives a good massage and provides very good service.

I've been to dozens of massage places, but this one is excellent. It's very clean, the balm is great, and P'Fah's massage is the most relaxing. I highly recommend it to anyone who comes here.
